You can purchase tickets online by clicking the BUY NOW button on any show on our site and will be taken to the ticketing site. You may visit the box office to purchase tickets in person. The box office is located at 2706 E. Cesar Chavez Avenue and is open during regular business hours. Call for box office times.
If a show is canceled, refunds are available at point of purchase. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through Eventbrite. Please note openers are always subject to change. Otherwise, there are no refunds past the point of purchase.
Cash is king, but we also accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa at our bars. If tickets do not sell out in advance, they will be sold at the door on the night of the show and we will accept debit/credit cards.
Most shows are all ages. Please check the show page to verify age limits for individual Paramount shows.
The best way to get a show is to e-mail [email protected]. Booking requests are not accepted via phone or at the club itself.

Yes, we have an elevator/lift from the ground floor and have ADA compliant restrooms on both the first and second floors.
The Paramount Ballroom is a General Admission standing room only venue. We will make special requests for seating seniors and other differently abled patrons.
Government-issued photo ID is required for entry to all shows. You may also use unexpired international passports with photos.
Shows generally begin an hour after doors open. One to three support acts usually precede the headliner, which typically takes the stage at 10 or 11 p.m.
In the Paramount space we offer a chef-driven food menu and a full line of drinks. We have a fully stocked bar and participate in a designated driver program. You may choose to arrive early and dine at our full-service restaurant in the venue.
Absolutely no professional cameras (any camera with a removable lens) or recording devices are allowed without permission from The Paramount. Please email [email protected] to request a photo pass. Further restrictions do apply, even with a photo pass.
Camera phones are allowed and Instagramming is encouraged at most shows. Camera phones and nonprofessional cameras are at the discretion of the artist performing, so please check the photo policy at the door. If you plan to shoot video, please let us know in advance
Sorry, there is no smoking allowed inside the venue, however, there is a smoking section outside the venue.
There is no re-entry to The Paramount and all exits are final, excluding the smoking area.

No flyers, stickers, or handbills will be allowed in the club.
You will be ejected for throwing ANYTHING.
No outside food, beverages, markers, spray paint, weapons (includes pocket knives).
You may be asked to show proof of age by government-issued photo ID and get a wristband to be served at the bar during all ages shows. All 21+ shows will be carded at main entrance.
